My grandfather passed away in Vista (April 2009) and, as the Trustee of his affairs and living 2,500 miles away in Pittsburgh – the whole prospect of wrapping up his estate was destined to be a nightmare.

Due to your diligence and efforts, you were able to list, market, negotiate w/ multiple buyers, and CLOSE the deal within three months – in the mist of a national real estate meltdown!

Your communications with me and my attorney could not have been more timely and/or professional. I especially appreciated the electronic signature features for your paper work. It saved untold time and expense for document processing. Also, my attorney could not say enough kind things about working with you.

The whole experience of dealing with an estate from so far away could have been awful. I really was blessed that I lucked out with both Mike (attorney) and you. Your efforts prevented me from having to travel to California and handle these affairs personally. Not only did you save the estate considerable expense but all of the Trust beneficiaries commented on the efficiency in which the Trust was wound down.

Having sold my parent’s home and buying a home for my daughter in Pittsburgh – I can attest that not all agents are created equal…I only wish you lived in Pittsburgh and had handled these transactions.

As a new home buyer, I had no way to know which real estate agent to use. After firing one, who obviously had no experience and had no idea what he was doing, I met Nadia at a property she was showing. After talking to her, and visiting her website, I decided to give her a try. Nadia clearly knew what she was doing. She knew the market, knew the procedures, and knew how to negotiate. After deciding on a property and a price, she kept me fully appraised of every step of the process. I would get emails from her that she had sent at midnight. While I was sleeping soundly, Nadia was up getting the job done. She negotiated closing costs and additional concessions from the seller I never would have thought of. Every step of the way with Nadia, I felt confident that I was in the best hands available. Not only is she competent and professional, but she is also personable and friendly, and even though my purchase was over two years ago, she and I are still friends. Whenever I come across someone, including my own father, who asks if I can recommend a realtor, I don’t hesitate to give them Nadia’s number. Interestingly, after all was said and done, the agent I fired called me to ask what he could have done to have kept my business. I asked him what he offered me for the sizable commission he would have received, and could he honestly tell me that he thought he was worth it to me? Before Nadia was our realtor, I knew her on a personal level through mutual friends. I knew she was trustworthy, smart, direct and professional – not to mention just a lovely person to be around! So, when my husband and I decided to jump into the real estate market, the decision to use Nadia was easy. Our experience in the real estate market, however, was not so easy. One of the first homes we fell in love with was a short sale fixer-upper in a local beach community. Nadia was patient with us and warned us that there is nothing “short” about a short sale. She was persistent in communications with the bank and other realtors and kept us updated on the progress – or lack thereof. Nadia’s in-depth knowledge about the short sale process and constant pep talks really helped us through a process that lasted over 6 months – and did not end well.

Even though we were emotionally invested in the short sale, Nadia made sure we were also looking at other homes that fit our criteria. She was patient with us and graciously spent numerous afternoons with us looking at other homes. Eventually, about a year later (and several houses later), we found our home! Not only did Nadia play the realtor-role fantastically in that she was able to negotiate a wonderful deal for us, but when we needed referrals for craftsmen to do some work on the house, she had several recommendations. My husband and I could not be happier in our little beach bungalow – I don’t know that we would have even looked at the place if not for Nadia. Nadia worked diligently for us, was always accessible, and answered all of the questions first-time homebuyers have (and then some). We would use Nadia again in a heartbeat!

We moved across country, to a new city, and knew nobody. So finding a trustworthy and reliable realtor was imperative. We got so lucky with Nadia. She began working hard for us long before our move, when we were simply in the speculative phase, a rarity in an industry where “call me when you get to town” is commonplace. By the time we moved to San Diego, we had a good idea of the market we were entering into and understood the minutiae of the locale we were looking to buy in, all thanks to Nadia’s consistent work ethic, transparent communication, desire to over-deliver, and reliability. She even found us a rental until we found a house that we wanted to buy.

During the house search process, we felt our realtor was on our side and was constantly listening to us.
