Nadia is a graduate of The University of San Diego, with a degree in Accounting and Procurement. After graduation, Nadia spent some time working for an economic and litigation consulting firm, gaining knowledge about market trending, forecasting and negotiating. She has since applied this to her true passion of real estate. Unlike most real estate professionals, Nadia’s background and personal investment experience enables her to give clients investment guidance in all facets of real estate. This includes the purchase of both personal residences and income properties. In addition, Nadia has continued her real estate education, with a recent focus in Short Sales and Foreclosures. This has gained her a specialist certification in both fields, and ensures she is current in a dynamic market.
Most recently Nadia worked with Pacific Coast Executive Realty as well as Prudential California Realty for over eight years, one of the biggest and most well respected international real estate firms as an award winning producer.
